Wealthy Haven Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited is a Savings,  Loan and Agriculture Cooperative Society dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve food security, financial independence, and land ownership.

 Founded on the principles of sustainability, equity, and collective progress, we provide the tools, education, and resources needed for people to grow their own crops, build agricultural skills, and transition from tenants to proud landowners.

How We Work

Our innovative, step-by-step model ensures members grow from novice gardeners to confident landowners

1. Education & Skill-Building Workshops & Training: Free or low-cost courses on organic farming, permaculture, composting, crop rotation, and pest management. Mentorship Programs: Pairing new growers with experienced farmers for hands-on guidance. Digital Resources: An online library of tutorials, webinars, and planning tools accessible to all members.
3. Financial & Legal Support Microloans & Grants: Low-interest loans for seeds, tools, and infrastructure; grants for women, veterans, and marginalized groups. Land Ownership Counseling: Assistance with navigating legal processes, zoning laws, and financing options. Profit-Sharing Co-Op Sales: Members collectively sell surplus produce through farmers’ markets or CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) programs, reinvesting profits into the cooperative.
2. Cooperative Land Access Community Gardens: Start small with subsidized plots in urban or suburban areas to grow vegetables, herbs, or flowers. Lease-to-Own Programs: Members lease underutilized land at affordable rates, with a portion of lease payments contributing toward eventual ownership.
